PNW DELIGHT EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for, purchasing admission to, or attending a PNW Delight event, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Event Terms & Conditions.
Our goal is simple: create fun, welcoming, private events where adults can connect while respecting one another's boundaries, privacy, and choices.
1. 21+ EVENTS ONLY
All PNW Delight events are strictly limited to adults age 21 and older unless specifically stated otherwise.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for entry.
By registering for yourself or another guest, you confirm that every person included in your registration is at least 21 years old.
PNW Delight reserves the right to refuse entry when age or identity cannot be reasonably verified.
2. REGISTRATION & ADMISSION
Advance registration may be required for PNW Delight events.
Registration or purchase of a ticket does not guarantee admission if an attendee violates these Event Terms, community guidelines, venue requirements, or applicable laws.
Tickets and registrations may not be transferred or resold without prior approval from PNW Delight.
PNW Delight may limit attendance or close registration once an event reaches capacity.
3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless otherwise stated on the specific event registration page, event tickets are non-refundable.
Because venues, entertainment, food, supplies, and other event expenses may be purchased based on advance registrations, we cannot guarantee refunds if your plans change or you are unable to attend.
If PNW Delight cancels an event, registered attendees will be notified and information regarding refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided.
Hotel reservations, transportation, travel expenses, and other purchases made separately from PNW Delight event admission are subject to the policies of those individual providers. PNW Delight is not responsible for those separate expenses.
4. CONSENT IS REQUIRED
Consent is one of the most important expectations within the PNW Delight community.
Attendance at a PNW Delight event never implies consent to physical, romantic, sexual, or other personal interaction.
Consent must be freely given and may be withdrawn at any time.
A person's clothing, relationship status, previous interactions, participation in the lifestyle, attendance at an event, or behavior with another person does not constitute consent.
No means no. Hesitation means stop and ask. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Guests are expected to communicate clearly and respect boundaries immediately and without argument.
5. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
PNW Delight events are intended to provide a welcoming and respectful environment.
Harassment, intimidation, bullying, threats, discrimination, aggressive behavior, unwanted touching, repeated unwanted advances, or intentionally violating another person's boundaries will not be tolerated.
Guests are responsible for their own behavior and are expected to respect other attendees, event hosts, venue employees, vendors, and property.
6. PRIVACY & DISCRETION
Privacy is extremely important within the PNW Delight community.
Information learned about another attendee through a PNW Delight event or private community should be treated with discretion.
Guests may not publicly identify another person as a PNW Delight member or attendee without that person's permission.
Do not share private conversations, screenshots, names, identifying information, or other personal information outside the community without permission from the person involved.
What someone chooses to share about themselves is their decision.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Do not photograph or record another attendee without their knowledge and permission.
Photos or videos taken in designated photo areas must still respect the privacy and consent of everyone appearing in them.
PNW Delight may designate certain areas or activities as photography-free.
If official event photography or videography will occur at an event, attendees will be informed when reasonably practical. PNW Delight will make reasonable efforts to provide a way for guests to communicate that they do not wish to appear in promotional content.
Permission to take a photograph does not automatically mean permission to post or publicly share it.
When in doubt, ask.
8. ALCOHOL & IMPAIRMENT
Attendees who choose to consume alcohol are responsible for drinking responsibly and arranging safe transportation.
PNW Delight reserves the right to refuse entry, discontinue alcohol service where applicable, or remove an attendee who appears excessively intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or unable to safely participate in the event.
Intoxication does not excuse inappropriate behavior or violations of another person's boundaries.
9. VENUE & HOTEL RULES
Guests must follow all rules established by the event venue, hotel, property owner, security personnel, and event staff.
Hotel rooms and reservations are separate from admission to PNW Delight events unless specifically stated otherwise.
Guests are responsible for their own hotel charges, incidental expenses, property damage, transportation, and conduct outside the official event space.
10. REMOVAL FROM AN EVENT
PNW Delight reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee when organizers reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect guests, staff, the venue, or the community.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
• Violating another person's boundaries or consent
• Harassment or unwanted behavior
• Excessive intoxication or disruptive conduct
• Threatening or unsafe behavior
• Unauthorized photography or recording
• Violating another member's privacy
• Violating venue rules
• Providing false registration information
• Violating these Event Terms or PNW Delight Community Guidelines
An attendee who is removed for violating event rules may not be entitled to a refund.
Serious or repeated violations may also result in suspension or permanent removal from the PNW Delight community and future events.
11. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Every attendee is responsible for their own decisions, interactions, belongings, transportation, accommodations, and personal safety.
Participation in any conversation, activity, interaction, or social encounter is voluntary.
Attendees should communicate their own boundaries and respect the boundaries communicated by others.
12. EVENT CHANGES
Event schedules, activities, entertainment, vendors, venue arrangements, and other details may change when circumstances require.
PNW Delight will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered attendees.
13. COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS
PNW Delight is built around a few simple principles:
Respect. Consent. Privacy. Connection.
We want people to feel comfortable meeting new friends, reconnecting with familiar faces, exploring at their own pace, and enjoying an unforgettable night without pressure or judgment.
By attending, you agree to help us protect that environment.
14. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
By completing an event registration or purchasing admission, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Event Terms & Conditions.
If registering another attendee, you are responsible for ensuring that they are aware of the applicable event rules and requirements.
